這次的溫泉之旅，我們選擇了一個位於清邁 Mae Rim 的五星級酒店— Onsen@Moncham，以體驗與以往平民溫泉完全不同的感受。
For this hot spring trip, we chose the five-star hotel Onsen@Moncham in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, for a completely different experience from the usual affordable hot springs.
這家酒店的價格大約是每晚 HKD 2100-2400/2人（含早餐及私人溫泉），折合泰銖約 THB 9343-10677，相當於當地人三分之一的月收入。
The price for this hotel is approximately HKD 2100-2400 per night for two people (including breakfast and a private onsen), equivalent to THB 9343-10677, about one-third of a local Thai’s monthly income.
當初老公訂房時覺得有些昂貴，但入住後，我們一致認為這筆花費非常值得。
My husband initially thought the booking was a bit pricey, but after the stay, we both agreed it was well worth it.
路程與抵達

根據 Google 地圖，從清邁古城塔佩門出發需要約一小時車程。
According to Google Maps, it takes about an hour to drive from Chiang Mai Old Town’s Tha Phae Gate.
沿途的道路多是蜿蜒的山路與髮夾彎，自駕時需特別小心。
The route features winding mountain roads and sharp hairpin turns, so extra caution is needed when driving.
我們花了一個多小時才抵達，但山間的美景讓這段旅途非常值得。
It took us over an hour to reach the hotel, but the stunning mountain scenery made the journey worthwhile.

酒店大堂的顯眼位置掛有詩林通公主（Princess Sirindhorn）的墨寶，讓人感受到這家酒店與泰國皇室的聯繫。
In the hotel lobby, calligraphy by Princess Sirindhorn is prominently displayed, showcasing the hotel’s connection to the Thai royal family.
抵達時，員工為我們送上熱毛巾與略帶甜味的茶，讓人瞬間放鬆。Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with warm towels and slightly sweetened tea, instantly putting us at ease.

進入 Onsen@Moncham，日式庭院風格的設計讓人彷彿置身於昭和時代的溫泉旅館。
Stepping into Onsen@Moncham, the Japanese courtyard-style design makes you feel like you’ve entered a Showa-era hot spring inn.
酒店房間數量不多，但庭院面積非常寬敞。
The hotel has a limited number of rooms, but the courtyard is exceptionally spacious.
There are red bridges over streams, with rabbits, black swans, and mandarin ducks roaming the grounds.
Despite the presence of animals, the entire environment is impeccably clean, reflecting the staff’s meticulous attention to hygiene.
私人溫泉與房間設計
Private Onsen and Room Design
房門外設有日式流水水池，配有兩張戶外椅與一張桌子，可供客人一邊欣賞風景一邊放鬆。
Outside the room, there was a Japanese-style water feature with two outdoor chairs and a table for guests to relax while enjoying the view.
進入房間後，撲面而來的是濃厚的日式風情：
Upon entering the room, the strong Japanese aesthetic immediately stood out:
榻榻米設計的床墊稍作改良，比傳統的日本床墊更為柔軟舒適，適合外國旅客的睡眠習慣。
The tatami-style bedding was slightly modified to be softer and more comfortable than traditional Japanese mattresses, catering to the sleeping preferences of international guests.
房內的設計細節令人驚艷，有傳統的三折日式梳妝鏡櫃、木製架子與原木衣櫃，還貼心地準備了電動滅蚊器、衣物清新劑及衣物黏毛棒等。
The room’s design details were impressive, featuring a traditional folding vanity mirror, wooden shelves, and a natural wood wardrobe. Thoughtful touches included an electric mosquito repellent, fabric freshener, and lint roller.
私人溫泉與浴室相連，而乾濕分離的衛浴設計則位於另一側。
The private onsen was connected to the bathroom, while the separate shower area featured a dry-and-wet separation design on the other side.
特別的是，溫泉區的門可以打開，雖然視野開放，但高牆設計確保了隱私。
Notably, the onsen area doors could be opened, offering an open view, while high walls ensured privacy.

甘酒特色：yoRice Amazake 是泰國本地製造的甘酒，低糖清淡，顯示酒店支持當地品牌的用心。
Amazake Highlight: The locally made yoRice Amazake is low-sugar and light, reflecting the hotel’s effort to support local brands.
下午 5 點，員工送來一份泰國草莓製作的日本大福。
At 5 PM, the staff brought us a Japanese-style daifuku made with Thai strawberries.
草莓酸度極高，但與大福的甜糯形成了絕妙搭配。
The strawberries were exceptionally tart, but paired perfectly with the sweet, chewy mochi.
Evening Views and Courtyard Charm
You can see the starry sky here at night.
The foot-soaking pools are designed for relaxing chats with friends or partners on chilly evenings.

晚上山間氣溫降至約 18 度，我們選擇了最適合寒冷天氣的 Shabu Shabu 套餐（2-3 人份量），包括：

刺身和和牛雖然是冷凍過的，但味道對得起價格。
Although the sashimi and wagyu were frozen, their flavors justified the price.
另外喝了一杯梅酒，整餐約 THB 7000（HKD 1573）。
We also had a glass of plum wine, and the total cost for the meal was approximately THB 7000 (HKD 1573).
設計成報紙格式的菜單，用泰文及少許英文介紹各種不同的日本食物，頗為特別。
The menu was creatively designed in a newspaper format, with Thai and limited English descriptions of various Japanese dishes, adding a unique touch.
早上的庭院，又是另一番風景
Morning Views and Courtyard Charm
很喜歡這裡的日式庭院設計，由於酒店房間比較少，相對地人也比較少，很寧靜的感覺。
I loved the Japanese-style courtyard design here. With fewer rooms at the hotel, there were fewer guests, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

早餐選擇豐富，包括日式與泰式融合的多種菜色。
The breakfast offered a variety of dishes combining Japanese and Thai flavors.
老公點了照燒雞配白飯與小菜。My husband ordered teriyaki chicken with rice and side dishes.
French toast (served with locally grown tangy strawberries and orange slices).
A tangy and spicy Thai-style omelet.
Japanese miso porridge.
My husband toasted bread for me, which I paired with butter and locally made strawberry jam, along with yogurt.
另外，自助餐區提供溫泉蛋、多士、味噌湯、咖啡等。
The buffet area also offered onsen eggs, toast, miso soup, coffee, and more.
I booked through Agoda, and from Monday to Thursday, you can secure a room with a private onsen and breakfast for just HKD 2074.
My husband and I had a sumptuous dinner yesterday costing around THB 7000 (HKD 1573), making our total expenses HKD 3647. Considering this, it might be more worthwhile to book the package that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Tips
Agoda 上訂購周一至周四的房型更優惠，價格約 HKD 2074。
Booking via Agoda for stays from Monday to Thursday is more affordable, with prices around HKD 2074.
如果想要更豪華的體驗，可選擇包含三餐的套餐。
For a more luxurious experience, choose the package that includes three meals.
酒店禁止使用航拍機，為了保護住客隱私，尤其是私人溫泉區域。
Drones are prohibited to protect guest privacy, especially in private onsen areas.

Although the price is on the high end for Chiang Mai, every detail, from accommodation to dining, reflects its great value.
此外，如果您喜歡開揚景色，可以選擇二樓房型。
Additionally, if you enjoy open views, consider choosing a second-floor room.
不過在戶外泡湯時可能會感到安全感不足，需要特別注意。
However, you might feel slightly exposed when using the outdoor onsen, so take extra precautions.
